1. General Terms

Welcome to SANDRAGON. By browsing this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. SANDRAGON reserves the right to update these terms at any time; the current version is always the one published on this page. Product images are for illustration — actual colour/finish may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp with your order details. Payment is accepted via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets) — all payments are processed securely and SANDRAGON never stores your card details. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued for any amount already paid.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, and delivery timelines depend on your location (usually 3–7 business days across India). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. You'll receive dispatch and tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships — you can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery — reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order ID and reason.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g. innerwear, opened nutrition/supplement products, or personalised items) are not eligible for return or exchange, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or handled outside of manufacturer guidelines are not eligible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm the exchange or refund on WhatsApp — exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested item/size.

To start a return or exchange, message us directly on WhatsApp with your order ID, product name and a short reason/photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours. You'll get a WhatsApp update once your refund is processed.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, phone number, delivery address and email (optional). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the payment gateway and delivery partners required to fulfil your order.
